1.How Can I Return My Order?

You can return your order within 3 days of delivery. After 3 Days no request will be accepted. To return a product, Email us on care@creatorhandicrafts.com . Once the request is processed, Order will be picked up from the address provided by you while placing the return request also please provide your product details and the reason for your return, so we can keep improving your shopping experience.

Once your return request has been generated, we’ll send you a confirmation via SMS and email.

2.What Happen If I Received Damage Item?

If your goods are damaged we would be happy to give you the following alternatives:

  • Replacement with the right product OR
  • Exchange the product for an alternative of your choice of equal value OR
  • Refund of the full amount paid by you 
  • In any of the above cases, contact must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the products by email creatorhandicrafts1@gmail.com notifying us of any damage to the product with pics of the product received. We will schedule return pick up for the product. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Once the returned product passes the quality check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an exchange/refund will be processed.
3. Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?

Yes, You Can Change Or Cancel Your Order Before It Has Been Shipped. To Do So, Please Email Our Customer Support Team At care@creatorhandicrafts.com With Your Request, We Encourage You To Submit Any Cancellation Or Change Requests As Soon As Possible After Placing The Order. Once The Item Has Been Shipped, You Will Need To Initiate A Return Request.

4. What Happens If An Item Ordered Is Out Of Stock?

While We Strive To Minimize Any Such Incidents, Some Items May Run Out Of Stock During Periods Of High Demand. In All Such Cases, Our Customer Support Team Will Contact You And Initiate A Refund Request.

For Pre-Paid Orders, The Refund Will Be Processed Directly Into Your Debit/Credit Card Or Online Account That Was Used To Make The Payment. It Usually Takes 2 To 4 Working Days From When The Refund Request Was Raised For The Amount To Reflect In Your Account.

You Can Also Choose To Receive An Email Notification When The Item Is Back In Stock By Entering Your Email In The Back In Stock Notification Form On The Respective Product’s Page.
